BIGSTATION Ads Connector
Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the BIGSTATION Ads Connector application, published by BIGSTATION WEB S.R.L., handles information obtained through Google APIs. It applies to the application only, and not to the bigstation.ro website, which collects no personal data.
1.Who we are
BIGSTATION WEB S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, registration number J2020005817403, tax identification number 42578043, with registered office at Bucharest, Romania. Contact: contact@bigstation.ro.
2.What the application accesses
When a member of BIGSTATION staff authorises the application, it requests two OAuth scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords — read access to Google Ads accounts the authorising user can already access. The application retrieves campaign, ad group, keyword, search term, and performance data for reporting purposes.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform — used solely to associate API requests with the correct Google Cloud project for quota accounting.
The application performs read operations only. It does not create, modify, or delete any data in Google Ads.
The application consists of two locally run components, both developed and maintained by BIGSTATION WEB S.R.L. The second, used for keyword research, runs on the same workstation, holds its credentials locally, and sends no data to any third party.
3.What we do with it
Data retrieved from the Google Ads API is processed locally, on the workstation where the application runs, for the sole purpose of producing reports and analysis for the account in question. It is held in the memory of the running process and discarded when the session ends.
4.What we do not do
We do not store Google user data on any server, database, or hosted system. We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or building audiences. We do not use it to train, develop, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence model. We do not transfer it to anyone other than the account owner it belongs to.
5.Limited Use disclosure
BIGSTATION's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6.Credentials
OAuth credentials, including refresh tokens, are stored by the Google Cloud CLI in the operating system user profile of the person who authorised the application, on a BIGSTATION-controlled workstation with full-disk encryption. They are never transmitted to BIGSTATION servers or to any third party.
7.Who can use the application
The application is for BIGSTATION internal use. It is not offered to the public and there is no sign-up. It is used on BIGSTATION's own Google Ads accounts and on client accounts where access has been granted directly in Google Ads by the account owner.
8.Retention
Because no Google user data is stored, there is nothing to retain. Locally generated reports, where a member of staff chooses to save one, are kept on BIGSTATION infrastructure under our general data retention practices and deleted on request by the account owner.
9.Your rights
Access to Google data can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Under the GDPR, account owners may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about them, and may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP. Requests go to contact@bigstation.ro.
10.Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published at this address with an updated effective date.
