Terms of Service

1.Agreement
These terms govern the use of the BIGSTATION Ads Connector application, published by BIGSTATION WEB S.R.L. By authorising the application with a Google account, you accept these terms.
2.The application
BIGSTATION Ads Connector is an internal reporting and keyword research tool that reads data from the Google Ads API and makes it available for analysis. The application has two components, one for reporting and one for keyword research, both developed and maintained in-house by BIGSTATION WEB S.R.L. It is provided for the internal use of BIGSTATION and authorised personnel. It is not a public service, is not offered for sale, and no licence to use it is granted to third parties.
3.Scope of operation
The application performs read, retrieval, and Keyword Planner generation operations only. It cannot create, modify, pause, or delete campaigns, budgets, bids, ads, keywords, keyword plans, or any other entity in a Google Ads account. All operational changes are made by a person, directly in the Google Ads interface.
4.Acceptable use
The application may be used only on Google Ads accounts to which the authorising user has been lawfully granted access. It may not be used to access data belonging to anyone who has not granted that access, nor in any way that breaches the Google Ads API Terms of Service or Google's advertising policies.
5.Third-party services
The application depends on the Google Ads API and other Google services. Use of the application is also subject to the terms Google imposes on those services. BIGSTATION does not control their availability, behaviour, or continuity.
6.Accuracy
Reports produced by the application are derived from data returned by the Google Ads API and, where an AI assistant is involved, from its interpretation of that data. Output may be incomplete or incorrect. It is intended to support human judgement, not replace it. No commercial decision should be taken on the basis of the application's output without independent verification.
7.No warranty
The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
8.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Romanian law, BIGSTATION WEB S.R.L. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, profit, or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the application.
9.Termination
Access may be revoked at any time, by either party. Withdrawing the OAuth authorisation at myaccount.google.com/permissions terminates the application's access immediately.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest.
11.Changes
Revised terms are published at this address with an updated effective date.
